Meet the Instruments sparks the interest of children who love music and want to learn more about instruments. Students will learn about percussion, keyboard, woodwinds, brass, and strings in this 5-day introductory instrumental class for children ages 5 – 8 years. The class will meet once a day for an hour, Monday through Friday, and each day is devoted to exploring a new family of instruments. This is a perfect option for kids who want to learn music, but aren't sure what instrument to study. This enables students to dive right into private or group lessons in the fall, with a little bit of a JOMP Start!
